Roderick O’Keefe PREC, Marketing & Investment Specialist

During the past 12 years, Roderick has gained experience investing in the Okanagan and internationally. At the same time, Roderick held a corporate executive position in the hi-tech sector. This provided him with an excellent foundation as he sold and marketed to Fortune 100 accounts globally. Roderick now leverages these experiences and marketing strategies to assist people in selling their real estate in record time for the best value.

David O’Keefe, Broker & Chief Negotiator

David has worked as Broker/Agent for Sutton Realty/Century 21 in both Kelowna and Vernon for 20+ years. David’s experience in zoning, bylaws and city planning are vast as he sat on Vernon City Council for nine years. David is also an avid investor and developer as he has owned real estate throughout the Okanagan, Whistler and Silver Star.

Evan Green, Buyer Specialist & New Home Construction

Evan’s 8 years of experience in Real Estate have provided him with a strong foundation for a successful track record. Evan’s background in property development and construction is the reason he has taken his place on the O'KEEFE2 Team as the go-to person for our clients who are first time builders/buyers or seasoned developers.

Justin Love, Listing and International Marketing Specialist

Justin’s previous experience as a mortgage broker and several years abroad in Japan and Korea have taught him excellent international marketing and communication skills. Justin assists our overseas clients, at the same time bringing our local clients the ultimate Real Estate Experience.

Oli Lebrun, Listing and International Marketing Specialist

Oli’s early Military background coupled with more recent experiences working with Silver Star Corporation and in Banff provides him the foundation for disciplined leadership in the Recreation and Luxury Real Estate vertical. His top-graded client list includes many investors from the West Coast and Vancouver. Growing up on a large acreage plus fluency in French makes Oli the most well-rounded Real Estate service provider in the Okanagan!

Anna Stinnissen, Office Manager (Unlicensed Assistant)

Anna’s background includes 2 years as a licensed REALTOR® and 4 years of Real Estate office management, plus a background in accounting and bookkeeping. This experience makes her an integral part of the Team as she manages over $300,000+ of the O’KEEFE2 Team’s annual advertising and marketing budget while overseeing the Administration Team’s duties.

Dannise Trottier, Office Assistant (Unlicensed Assistant)

Dannise is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information representing our Clients' properties. She confers with the listing REALTOR® to provide suitable information regarding the marketing of the property. She gathers all information needed for the listings to be displayed on Realtor.ca, www.okeefe2.com and 8 other Real Estate Internet sites for public viewing.

Gabrielle Merk, Administration and Marketing (Unlicensed Assistant)

Gabrielle has been with the O'KEEFE2 Team since its inception, and brings extreme dedication and 15 years of experience in Office Management to the Team. Her extensive knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs makes her invaluable in providing background support for all business operations. Gabrielle is primarily responsible for all aspects of Marketing and documentation.

Susan O’Keefe, Research Assistant / Investment Consultant / Owner

With over 12 years’ experience as a real estate investor in both Canada and the US, Susan has managed tenant-filled properties as well as all aspects of contracted renovations both for resale and property upgrade. Susan oversees the International and National “Real Estate on the Road program” plus the O’KEEFE2 Team and finances. Time management, organizational skills and energy are essential for survival in the world of Real Estate, and add a valuable element to the O'KEEFE2 Team.
