Find the Home you Want: Choose from any home available for sale (private or on the MLS) once you have been pre-qualified.
Build Equity while you Rent: Our program helps you build equity on a monthly basis for future down-payment.
Down-payment: Minimum of $5,000 down. Line of credit, loan, credit card, etc.
Flexible Terms: You choose the length of the lease and down-payment needs, and we make it affordable.

Example: The house is worth $275,000, and typical rent would be $1,200 a month. Someone who's renting-to-own might pay $1,400 a month in rent and then receive a $400 rent credit each month. Add the option fee, in this case $5,000. On a three-year lease, the renter would earn $14,400 in rent credits. Adding the earned rental credits to the original deposit, the renter has accumulated $19,400 for a down payment.
