The O'KEEFE2 Team currently works together with investors with over 10 years' of investing experience, to help provide opportunities for first-time or other home buyers who cannot meet the requirements of standard financial institutions.

We are committed to our investment partners and their easy home ownership programs. What services you can expect from our Rent-to-Own Program


As a purchaser through our Investment Partners & O'KEEFE2 you can expect the following:
  • A buyer counseling session to discuss and analyze your needs and goals, and to plan the search for your property.
  • Set-up with free automated search software, giving you the new listings before the realtors see them.
  • Relevant market data as to fair market value of homes under consideration, and discussion of features that may affect the property’s value and future resale.
  • Coordination of appointments and showing all properties of interest, whether the properties are our listings or not.
  • Explanation of real estate agency relationships and of the offer-presentation process.

Once you have decided to purchase, O'KEEFE2 will:
  • Prepare a negotiation strategy for the property you have selected.
  • Review with you all inspection reports and other documents pertaining to the condition of the property, and advise you regarding any remedies that should be addressed in the offer to purchase.
  • Accompany you on a walk-through inspection—if one is provided for in the sales contract—before closing, and assist you in dealing with any problems discovered during the walk-through.
  • Follow up on post-purchase activities, and monitor and inform you of the progress of the purchase agreement.
  • Keep confidential any information that you designate as confidential.
